Then it occured to me that we really have been here before, on the multiple previous occasions that the Neferis apostate has hired mercenaries against us. How many times in the past have we had to endure Neferis calling us cowards whilst she herself never has the bravery to get involved in combat herself? How many times in the past have we seen her hirelings having to resort to propaganda within a day or two of their wars against us starting? Of course, those previous attempts by Neferis to grind us into the dust from afar have only served to make us stronger. I have no doubt that this time will be no different.
